Posterior Knee Orthoses
The PFS Med Posterior Knee Orthosis (PKO) converts the TAFO into a Knee Tibial Ankle Foot Orthosis (KTAFO or KAFO) for full knee extension without circumferential pressure. It allows easy access for dressing changes, wound care, arterial monitoring and therapeutic range of motion exercises. The PKO can be easily attached and removed from any adult-size Tibial Ankle Foot Orthosis.
