PKA (Posterior Knee Attachment)

Choose correct PFS (posterior foot splint) size (see sizing guidelines).
Unhook strap buckle and lift top edge of liner to expose top 2 rows of holes.
Remove nuts from mounting screws strip.
Place distal aspect of PKA on top of proximal aspect of PFS and line up holes.
Place mounting strip one screw at a time in order marked. Place #1 and tighten nut onto screw. Repeat #2, 3, then 4.
Use enclosed wrench for nut and screwdriver to hold screw to tighten safety nuts firmly.
Bring top edge of PFS liner over bottom edge of PKA liner.
Place on patient.
